I consent to Profyle processing my facial photographs as biometric data for the purpose of creating my professional headshot gallery. I understand my original photos will be permanently deleted within 30 days, processed only by Profyle (Reader Digital Ltd, ICO C1906880) and Replicate (our AI processor under signed Data Processing Agreement). I waive my 14-day cooling-off period under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 so Profyle can begin processing my order immediately. I understand that once processing starts I lose the right to a refund under the cooling-off period (the Likeness Guarantee still applies). Full details in our Terms of Service.
